We stayed at Kelsey’s place for a few days with our three young children. It was perfect for what we needed! The beach is right across the street, pool is awesome for kids and families, and lots of fun attractions and restaurants nearby! Kelsey also gave great instructions and her binder of recommendations was super helpful! We would definitely stay again!

This was the perfect place for my family. Everything was right where we needed it to be and we felt comfortable. The only thing was one of the pools was closed almost the whole time, but that’s not the hosts fault. Also, we were there for the beach not the pool! Parking was for the most part easy, but if you’re out late you could find yourself parking not exactly near your unit. Again, not an issue for us! Overall we had a great experience and will definitely book again.

Kelsey’s place was perfect for my two teenage siblings and I. The condo was clean and she thought of all the things we might need such as basic seasonings, lots of fans, beach towels, and basic cleaning products. The view from the balcony was lovely. We will definitely be back.

My family of three had a wonderful stay! The views were perfect and so was the condo. We enjoyed the pool and the staff around the property was friendly. Highly recommend her condo. Kelsey was very responsive and checked-in on us during our stay. Great experience all around!

This was a great listing and you can tell from all the attention to detail that Kelsey really values her guests. For example, the fully stocked coffee setup in the kitchen, the q-tip jar in the restroom, and the white noise machine in the bedroom are just a few examples of the ways she thought ahead to anticipate her guests potential needs.
I had no issues that I needed to contact her about, but she was proactive and reached out to make sure all was going well and reinforced that she was available if needed. We had family staying in a nearby unit owned by someone else, and by comparison, we definitely hit the jackpot with Kelsey and her listing!
Lastly, as a family that always travels with our fur babies, the property was so accommodating to dogs with multiple potty spots and a medium sized, well lit dog park. Overall, we had a great and relaxing stay, and I’ll definitely be recommending Kelsey’s listing to my family and friends.

This place was AMAZING for our family vacation! The beach was a one minute walk across the road. We LOVED that Kelsey had storage of beach items that we could borrow so that we didn’t have to travel with ours. She has a storage closet that had a playpen and high chair that helped with our one year old. The three pools and hot tub were wonderful and were never over crowded. A short drive to delicious restaurants like Cooper’s Landing and Gaido’s were our favorites! The price was perfect for the air B&B and we can’t wait to visit again!

We had a fantastic stay! My sister and I stayed at the condo for a short trip to the beach. The condo is exactly as described/pictured, was very clean and the king bed was very comfortable. It had everything we needed, even beach chairs and a beach umbrella. The patio was our favorite spot to sit - looks out to the pool area and the beach. We had plenty of room for just us two, but you can comfortably fit four people. Kelsey was a fantastic host! She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, had what we needed and was very responsive when I messaged with questions. Thanks for a great stay, Kelsey!

Fantastic spot, beautifully appointed, amenities were delightful. We plan to be back. Very easy to beach, pool and spa set up was great, quiet location with zero hassles, other folks in common areas were well behaved. Easy parking, quality set up despite some ongoing construction at the building office. Was excellent for just a couples get away but will also return with our kids

Kelsey and Ted have a lovely home. The unit was clean, comfortable and inviting. Galveston is always hot and humid but the A/C in this unit is GREAT and we loved walking into it after being out. There are three swimming pools on the grounds and we were told that the largest one (it’s beautiful) is brand new this year. The beach is literally right across the street so that was convenient. And the balcony with a view of the beach, was a nice place to relax. The location is great with fewer businesses and other lodging places right around it, so the crowd on the beach was never overwhelming. And it’s just a short 7-minute drive to the hub (and noise) of Seawall Blvd.
We had a minor issue with something in the kitchen but Kelsey was very quick responding to my messages and it ended up not causing us any inconvenience whatsoever.
We will re-book next time we go back to Galveston.
