We offer long term winter rates every year. Please add a 30 day or more stay and the discount is automatically added in the estimate. 35% DISCOUNT FOR MONTHLY STAYS! Arrival: the unit is equipped with a smart lock making 24 hour check possible for whenever you arrive. Sleeping arrangements: the bedroom has a king size bed and in the living room the queen sleeper sofa fold out. For the family, there are two custom birch children sized bunks near the front door. Kitchen: A fully stocked kitchen in the unit awaits! This includes dishes, toaster, blender, utensils, coffee maker, wine and martini glasses, pots and pans just to name a few. Full sized appliances and dishwasher are available for use. Dining: The unit has an open arrangement with dining options at the four seat convertible table in the living room, dine outside on the spacious balcony or enjoy the television from the comfort of the couch! Balcony is fully open and accessible! Take in views of the Galveston Fishing Pier and Jimmy's On the Pier. Or enjoy watching the planes fly in to the local Scholes International Airport. This luxury vacation unit offers high speed internet, HD TV, cable, WiFi. and breathtaking views! Beach access: The property is located directly across the street from the beach making this unit a short walk to your toes in the sand. BEACH ESSENTIALS! Beach wagon, beach chairs, towels, and umbrella all available for our guests use! Additional items in the shared amenity closet include space for hanging clothes, an iron and ironing board. All linens are provided, the unit does not have a washer and dryer. The Maravilla coin laundry room is located steps from this unit. We do provide extra linens to ensure you have enough throughout your stay. Maravilla grounds include: three pools, hot tub, access to a fitness center, picnic tables, grills, dog park, dog bath station and more for your enjoyment! Note that these are shared amenities and are on a first come, first serve basis. The property is minutes from attractions like Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, 91st Street Fishing Pier, and the Strand! The unit is also only a quick drive to the Cruise Ship Terminals where Norwegian and Royal Caribbean are sailing from. Departure: 100% of the cleaning fee goes to our cleaning crew so there is not a long to-do list when you leave!

Other Details to Note

The Maravilla charges a parking fee which is $10 per night with a max of 7 nights charged. Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day. Beach access does require a walk across Seawall Blvd and using a staircase to get onto the beach. The ocean tide predicts how much sand area is available directly in front of the condo. Currently, the front building of Maravilla is getting a face lift. The construction area is currently next to the front office which is temporarily relocated to Unit 121. The construction does not impact the use of amenities such as the pool, hot tub, balcony. The only impacted amenity is the gym as it is closed during this time but the Marriott next door is allowing our guests to use theirs. General construction noises may be heard throughout daytime hours only. You may also pass by construction crew members or areas on the property when getting to our place. You will see typical construction equipment such as scaffolding and areas with boarded plywood on the front building. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have regarding this. Summer time in Galveston is peak season. During this time, we will not be able to accommodate early check in or late check out requests.

Fantastic host! Fantastic space! Fantastic location! First time visiting Galveston - 20th anniversary trip - and what a fantastic place to stay. The location was perfect for us as it was just at the end of what we would consider the busy part of the seawall, but perfect for the view and accessibility to everything. The apartment/condo was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything you need - make sure to use the beach chairs, umbrella and cart that is out on the deck. As the description notes, the front of the building is going through a major renovation, and this unit is right next to that part of the building, but shouldn't keep you from staying here! Great host....we definitely will be back!

We loved our stay, this condo was perfect for our family of 4. We don’t usually spend time at the pool while in Galveston, but this place had a nice pool that we just HAD to check out. I appreciated the beach gear that was made available. We truly enjoyed our stay!

It was a nice place with a really good view to sit on the balcony and watch the sun come up over the ocean. The only downfall at this time was having the elevator nearest the condo out of order due to the construction\remodeling going on in that area and having to walk a little to the other elevator. However, that is just temporary and I'm sure will be nice when finished. The pool is super nice and big. Would definitely go back.

We had a wonderful weekend in Galveston staying here at Kelsey's listing. The host was very detailed in check in / out process. She was also very responsive when I arrived and forgot the unit number. The location is about 10 minute drive down Seawall from Pleasure Pier. I actually liked that we were a little further from that area of town as traffic seemed to be heavier by the pier. There is a little construction happening at the condos right now, we didn't have any noise issues. The pools are very nice, plenty of space. The apartment was very comfortable, plenty of clean linens, and the beach accessories are nice even though we didn't end up using them. Walking across Seawall Blvd is not an easy situation - we opted to drive a car and park on the beach side of the street when accessing the beach. Thank you so much! We had a lovely time!

**Great Stay for Our Family!** We had a wonderful time at this condo in Galveston. The place was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family of three. The pool area was a highlight—especially the kids’ pool, which made it extra fun for little ones. The views were beautiful, and while there was a bit of construction nearby, it didn’t affect our stay at all. Would definitely come back!

Amazing condo/apartment! Will absolutely stay here again. Tremendous view Along with beautiful, clean, modern apartment. The building itself is very dated and in need of work but the amazing brand new resort style pool made it all worth it. You gave a family of 5 a very happy stay in Galveston.
