We offer long term winter rates every year. Please add a 30 day or more stay and the discount is automatically added in the estimate. 35% DISCOUNT FOR MONTHLY STAYS! Arrival: the unit is equipped with a smart lock making 24 hour check possible for whenever you arrive. Sleeping arrangements: the bedroom has a king size bed and in the living room the queen sleeper sofa folds out. For the family, there are two custom birch children sized bunks near the front door. Kitchen: A fully stocked kitchen in the unit awaits! This includes dishes, toaster, blender, utensils, coffee maker, wine and martini glasses, pots and pans just to name a few. Full sized appliances and dishwasher are available for use. Dining: The unit has an open arrangement with dining options at the four seat convertible table in the living room, dine outside on the spacious balcony or enjoy the television from the comfort of the couch! Balcony is fully open and accessible! Take in views of the Galveston Fishing Pier and Jimmy's On the Pier. Or enjoy watching the planes fly in to the local Scholes International Airport. This luxury vacation unit offers high speed internet, HD TV, cable, WiFi. and breathtaking views! Beach access: The property is located directly across the street from the beach making this unit a short walk to your toes in the sand. BEACH ESSENTIALS! Beach wagon, beach chairs, towels, and umbrella all available for our guests use! Additional items in the shared amenity closet include space for hanging clothes, an iron and ironing board. All linens are provided, the unit does not have a washer and dryer. The Maravilla coin laundry room is located steps from this unit. We do provide extra linens to ensure you have enough throughout your stay. Maravilla grounds include: three pools, hot tub, access to a fitness center, picnic tables, grills, dog park, dog bath station and more for your enjoyment! Note that these are shared amenities and are on a first come, first serve basis. The property is minutes from attractions like Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, 91st Street Fishing Pier, and the Strand! The unit is also only a quick drive to the Cruise Ship Terminals where Norwegian and Royal Caribbean are sailing from. Departure: 100% of the cleaning fee goes to our cleaning crew so there is not a long to-do list when you leave!

Other Details to Note

The Maravilla charges a parking fee which is $10 per night with a max of 7 nights charged. Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day. Beach access does require a walk across Seawall Blvd and using a staircase to get onto the beach. The ocean tide predicts how much sand area is available directly in front of the condo. Currently, the front building of Maravilla is getting a face lift. The construction area is currently next to the front office which is temporarily relocated to Unit 121. The construction does not impact the use of amenities such as the pool, hot tub, balcony. The only impacted amenity is the gym as it is closed during this time but the Marriott next door is allowing our guests to use theirs. General construction noises may be heard throughout daytime hours only. You may also pass by construction crew members or areas on the property when getting to our place. You will see typical construction equipment such as scaffolding and areas with boarded plywood on the front building. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have regarding this. Summer time in Galveston is peak season. During this time, we will not be able to accommodate early check in or late check out requests.

Kelsey and Ted have a lovely home. The unit was clean, comfortable and inviting. Galveston is always hot and humid but the A/C in this unit is GREAT and we loved walking into it after being out. There are three swimming pools on the grounds and we were told that the largest one (it’s beautiful) is brand new this year. The beach is literally right across the street so that was convenient. And the balcony with a view of the beach, was a nice place to relax. The location is great with fewer businesses and other lodging places right around it, so the crowd on the beach was never overwhelming. And it’s just a short 7-minute drive to the hub (and noise) of Seawall Blvd. We had a minor issue with something in the kitchen but Kelsey was very quick responding to my messages and it ended up not causing us any inconvenience whatsoever. We will re-book next time we go back to Galveston.

We absolutely had the best vacation by far. Beautiful lil condo with a nice view. All the kitchen essentials you need to cook if u want! We had steak and shrimp for our anniversary dinner and the condo had everything we needed to cook. My 3 kids all had their own space and set up their game systems to the WiFi. Everything is close by, Walmart, Kroger, gas station ect. Our air conditioner ended up goin out one night after hours and Kelsey had someone there to fix it within 45 minutes. She answered all my calls and was very responsive and professional, even though I was goofy. 10/10 recommend and WE WILL BOOK AGAIN!

Kelsey was amazing! Her condo was remodeled and super clean! There are a good amount of amenities at this condo! We rented 2 condos in this building one for us and one for our kids. I will say Kelsey’s condo was so clean, beautifully remodeled and the AC was so cold compared to the other condo. The AC had me freezing the entire time. Kelsey was nice enough to let my kiddos come up to cool off as the other unit we rented the AC wasn’t working great and I appreciate that so much! Will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic 3-night stay! The condo had everything we needed—and more. I was pleasantly surprised to find extras like beach chairs and a cart, which made our beach trips so much easier. The space was spotless, cozy, and felt just like home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pool area was beautiful and relaxing. Overall, a 10 out of 10 experience. We’d definitely love to come back!

The place was well stocked with everything we needed. Everything was comfortable and we felt right at home. Perfect view of the ocean from the balcony. Beach amenities were helpful and we were certainly thankful to have the wagon. Patio area was nice with four comfortable chairs to sit down on! I used the laundry services and everything went well! No complaints or concerns whatsoever.

Condo was easy to find and get into. Condo was very clean, well stocked. Condo is small however great for 2 people. There is construction happening in the building and the crews started around 7am. beautiful view of the Gulf of America. Restaurants in the Galveston area are amazing. Host was very responsive when contacted.

Kelsey is a super nice host. She was very responsive even with my silly questions about something that was already in the descriptions of the place. The pools they have are recently renovated and gorgeous. You can stay there all day with kids or without kids. Since they are doing some major renovations it is a bit hard to find the office where you have to get a parking sign and pool passes but once you get them, you are all good. Kroger and Walmart are very close so you can get groceries easily.

The beachfront condo was beautiful. It was perfect for our family of 4. The bunks were the kids favorite. The shower was so relaxing! Everything was close to us and Kelsey had all the beach towels ready for us. The pools were perfect and the bed was super comfy! 👌🏻 one of the best Air Bnbs we have stayed in. There was some construction on the front of the building that surprised us at first but lots of buildings looked to have some wind damage of sorts and it did not affect our stay much!
